switch on, HF-CWP will self-check the measuring
system and indicates room temperature. In addition,
the reliability of connection of consumable
thermocouple, cold junction and whether the
accuracy of the re-used thermocouple is within
the compensation range are the main functions
to the system.Those functions are very important
to assure high-precision temperature measurement. |

When
thermocouple is immersed into the melt, thermometer
will arrest temperature of melt very quickly
and automatically. The influence due to personal
mistake can be fully avoided. The measured temperature
can be locked on 5 inch high-light LED and read
by operator. |

HF-CWP will buzz
when arrests melt temperature. Operator doesn’t
need to gaze at the screen but pays attention
to immersion depth and avoidance of splash from
the melt. Buzz can remind operator of removing
thermocouple quickly from the melt. It will
extend service life of the consumable thermocouple. |

The
three colored (red, yellow and green) pilot
lamps show the working status such as thermocouple-measuring-loop，ready-to-use
and on measuring. They very convenient to operators. |
