Characteristics
1 Digital type molten iron component analyzing device is made of high accuracy temperature converting tal equipment and sigle silicom. When using digital type molten iron component analyzing device, user only pours the original molten iron into CE-Cup and waits for 150s and then gets the measured results.
2 It can show the CE, content of carbon and silicon clearly with high-light red LED large screen with 3 inches per digit in 3 rows 5 lines. When undercooling molten iron appears, digital screen will warn the operator to discard the measured result so as to prevent quality mislead by measured error.
3 The measuring rang of digital type molten iron component analyzing device: CE2.50-4.80、C%2.30-4.20、Si%0.60-3.80. Measured accuracy of single grade molten iron can be guaranteed within the range of error : CE±0.10、C%±0.05、Si%±0.10.
4 Digital type molten iron component analyzing device has no function of materials adjustment. When charging materials are not stable and thus cause error, operator can apply for the service of adjustment.
